The creators of iRinger, a free tool for Windows operated computers that allows one to make iPhone compatible ringtones from songs in one’s library, have released a new version (v2.2) of their software.
iRinger allows users to use almost any track located on their computer (most popular formats are recognized) to create a new iPhone ringtone, as well as use tracks from Youtube or Google Videos for this purpose.
After being created, ringtones are to be transfered to one’s iPhone via a program like WinSCP.
